Refund policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days for any reason. All we ask is that you let us know why in order to help us improve our product. Free promotional items received or personalized laser engraved items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Promotional item received with item must be included with returned item to get full refund. If not included with return, posted price at time of return will be deducted from refund.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed for purchase price paid including taxes at the time of purchase and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, normally 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges
We do accept exchanges. However only for the same item or upgrade within 90 days of purchase. A 15% handling fee is charged for an item exchange. Item must be in original condition. Shipping charges both ways are your responsibility. Send us an email at support@classystands.com for exchange.
Shipping
Shipping within United States only. Free shipping when applicable excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking, shipping insurance and signature on delivery is required on all returns or exchanges.
